    no one hurt in that courthouse fire and the fire was contained from what i read. nothing that has happened in DRC since the election result would be classed as unexpected, depends on the way its reported some agencies are calm and some go for the headlines.
    Other African nation leaders are now urging Bemba to accept the result and get on with it. If not exile might be a good option for him.
