I am still holding and must say i bought a bit more last couple of days..
with the AGM around the corner, I am expecting some new positive news re:sales volumes.

Did you read your invitation to the AGM .

one Resolution says if JDB can increase the SP by 27% then he will be granted performance rights to the amount of 1mill shares
quote from the notice of Annual GM "example if the average compound annual growth target of 27% is achieved it would imply a share price increase from 7c to 14c over the 3 year performance period"

I'd say he will be working very hard to increase the SP and EPS.
