The whole issue had come up after one poster reported about a phone conversation that he had with Jim Morgan:
"-The whole tailing saga... apparently... was the doing of the former manager shefield parker. this includes the incorrect 10mil per annum projections. Jim Morgan emphasised he had no part in it and 'distances himself from it' because it was too farfetched and way overestimated."
While Mr. Morgan made this statement on the phone to at least one select individual the company failed to inform the market at all.
