That was in February of 2013. It's just one example of many where CNQ failed to inform the market in a timely manner or at all. On other occasions they made outright misleading statements like the "approaching designed throughput rate" or "currently producing at a rate of 1500 MTU per month" incidents. These things have been discussed ad nauseum here. You were taking part in these discussions over the years. Now you are "shocked". Frankly, that's comical.
