$425.000.00 plus, plus, plus. You have to be joking. In the current market $250K is the tops for a company such as ours now is. Don't they know there has been a massive slow down in junior companies and that there are qualified people everywhere. No wonder we have such a disgusting HO cash burn with decisions such as this. Ian you have to be on some sort of medication to have come up with this deal. Go back and do this again as it does not reflect the current market one iota. Norm
