    Actually with the BHP Billiton merger the BHP shareholders received an additional 1.06 BHP share as part of the deal.
    Looks like no Billiton listing or Billiton share issue.

    Billiton shareholders received around 0.4 of a BHP share.

    So we lucky fellows might receive 1 SEN share for each SEN share. Sounds really good....not
