Hi TraderRR,
A poster on a graphite thread, said that next year 2020.
With new presidential election occurring, you would think in his best interest that the current president would start approving mining licence soon, so that he as a very good chance to get re-elected.
Hopefully he pulls out his finger and start approving those mining licence today.
