Strongly suggest you do some DD both on the RE industry and the corporate disclaimers you will find in most company communication.
Global NdFeB metals mkt is tightly defined ex China, as is FCC & Autocat, which pretty much ring fences the LRE mkt for any hoping to operate at scale.
IMO no RE wannabe worth even a casual punt without a defined path to mkt, the "build it and they will come" mantra is for dreamers.
