its all about RSK / KCN to give the OK (means to withdraw the matter of arbitration)
as the official CHATREE re-opening party is coming soon
most likely the government and RSK are looking for ways how to and when to announce....
...offical settelment...(to make a satement together) (the thai government certainly has advisors, who says when/ how/ where)
RSK does not do things by halves this time....
as RSK want the whole cake...he has 10 million reason for it....
...remember RSK (5 million) and the RSK family-clan (arinya investments) together have over 10 million KCN shares
