I completely agree with you in the general, statistical sense. But there are a couple of pretty big "buts" to provide some balance in the case of QUB. Firstly, QUB have actually reaffirmed FY15 growth -- their trading conditions warning is most relevant to the next FY (FY16). Secondly, there is a pretty serious catalyst that could reverse negative sentiment: Moorebank. This obviously won't affect earnings positively for quite some time, but the market is forward-looking, and will gradually price in Moorebank as it progresses.
