    Some investors don't place as much importance on the lowest buy-in price of a speccie.

    Their strategy is to buy in on proven stories and largely, MEO is now disrisked. So buying 800,00 shares at 25c for $200,000 makes perfect sene.

    Wait now for institutional buying when MEO hits 50 cents
