For what its worth I've got a JPM report here from the 19th of Jan with a $2.20 price target for Dec 2010. Just goes to show how you have to make your own decisions. AJL's downgrade a week or two ago was probably the signal that something was up.
In its defense the report did mention as risks to the valuation - cost overruns, contract timing and project FID- which are all factors cited by WDS.
The minute AOE makes FID in March (assuming they will) WDS will get a shot in the arm imo.
Either way the company might have made their release sooner.
