    Couldn't agree more - I am amazed that there has not been an RNS on LSE detailing the revised offer, and the market has been open for an hour already.

    Presumably it's not deemed price sensitive info - but you have already had posters over the water posting that it is just the date that has been extended and the share offer aspect is still the same.

    Bizarre.
