Hadthey delayed, that would mean they put it out on last possible permissable day, which no doubt would also invoke critiscm
I think the rules require it to be released "when available" - so if auditor and audit committee met this AM, then it would go out as it did.
Traders will pick it up. I think this was a merely a sanity check. Ongoing announcement will bolster off the back of this.
