    You would have to think that for Loreal to go to this extent to copy or try to imitate the wand or magnetism that they can see the effect it is having in the asian markets so far. There either in on it or the lawyers are ready from P&G. Cant see how they are partnered with OBJ without any kind of notification or agreement not being announced.
