Jase, you have verbalised exactly the concerns that arose in me.

I invested in an IT company where the issues were identical, where intellectual property was not protected. Share price went from under one cent to 90cents before retreating to around 5cents when the answers to the type of questions raised by yourself could not be satisfactorily answered
.
Surely, Glyn or BY could provide some reassurance that these issues are recognised and should not concern shareholders-that all such contingencies have been covered.
I assume HC is monitored by OBJ and BY .
I would contact Glyn but my words would be identical to those of yourself.
Perhaps we could all 'cut and paste ' your post and blast Glyn with our concerns ?
