Thanks ANZ. You're right. I stupidly went with wikipedia for answers.
Thought it was less than 50% from memory of when I first looked into petro but it had slipped my mind so took the cheap wiki way out. Anyway, they tell people they are independent and that is good enough for me (and maybe MEO???).
