The directors acceptance recommendation and NHCs acceptance will definately be on the basis of "In the absence of a superior offer"
Then the next chapter begins - finding other parties to bid.
AOE will probably have a non-solicitation clause & break fee but it does not stop interested parties knocking on AOE's door.
