Today we had posted on HotCopper,the Land Deed transfer papers confirming Chesapeake as the buyer.Not everyone out there is reading HotCopper.So prior to the Trading Halt there were stockholders who I believe were at a disadvantage by not having this information.
Now if SSN formaly release the name of the buyer,then we are all again playing with the same deck of cards.imo,I may be wrong as I was with the 20th Sept."week of the 20th.
But in this case I don't think I am.
