Have been a big believer in this co.for a long time,bought in between 10 and 13.However sold out just after the announcement in Oct. about court case.

Had a look at the filing and case based on lack of studies undertaken in many areas including the effect on wildlife,poisons being released upon disturbance from mining ect,ect.

Local green groups seem to have thrown up every obstical they could in their attempt to halt the project.
How valid their claims are I am not sure,however I get the feeling this could be a long drawn out determination.

Too much risk for my liking not knowing the court processes in the US. and which way the wind blows over there.

This is not an attempt to downramp, I have made good profit here and would be buying heavily IF this issue is put to bed in a timley manner in favour of the co.Those with a higher tolerance for risk -sincere best of luck -and if I am reading this situation wrong I would be eager to know.If the co.can resolve this in their favour a multibagger awaits.
