It's great that BLT has got an opportunity to access new capital. The question is, "Is the capital additional to the LJ capital or will it replace it?" If BLT does raise enough to terminate the LJ agreement the question we shareholders should now ask is, "What will LJ do with the shares they have retained?"
If they decide to sell the sp could be low for quite some time. If they decide to hold, then normal market forces will come back into play. As I mentioned in a previous post, at present the price manipulation seems to have abated. This is consistent with LJ being told of the new arrangement and could mean that they will hold, at least for a little while.
