To me the meeting is primarily to get shareholders approval on the resolutions especially the proposed capital raising which will be necessary if the debt deal fell through.

Any update on the state of company affairs will be a bonus especially a positive one, any mention of a shipment or two to china will be a good sign.

Also any conformation the cost of plant,that it is only $1.5M, will be welcome as some disputed this figures and I heard some estimates of up to $20M
