In a sense they took the underwriting for $6M but with Pattersons it makes it $4.5M maximum assuming nobody takes them up if everybody does which I think will be the case then it cost Hockings $1.1M to take up his entitlements.
So assuming no shortfall it stills nothing to sneeze at
$1.1M for the $0.015 shares
$1.5M for the $0.0104 shares in note conversion
I guess we will have too see the shortfall but I doubt it will be much and not the $6M figure.
