    a rough calculation..

    452m shares
    cash $1.2m CR + $1.25m remaining + US$3.4m (uncertain, but I'll include for the purposes of this calculation, but I'll also use AUD$3.4m to allow for operating costs to be incurred in the short term).

    so cash backing is approx. $0.0147

    or if the US$3.4m is not to be received = $0.054 (which is unlikely as I can't then see why SI would buy in at $0.06)
