Consideration just means decided value. It doesn't infer which way any money flows.
0.006 is about cash backing. IMO, outside of cash, there's not much value in this as a shell, so there may be some trades here for the fast-triggered-punter. But perhaps not, as the value is so low, it's barely worth the brokerage for retail sized parcels to dump.
