You've summed up what I'm worried about: if they didn't give cash back to holders while doing *the only thing they ever plan on doing* (building and selling) then I don't fancy anyone's chances for the future.
Tbh at this stage I'd like to see the company wound up and assets divied out. It's actually better value to hold the individual companies than this "black hole".
