ASX delay in float means there will be weeks of news flow that was pent up and can be released. Also the lockdowns on East Coast are actually better for this stock … more remote/online Auctions etc will be the “new normal”. Just like online retail has benefited from structural shift, so will Openn. $100m market cap doesn’t look out of question … PEXA is $3bI’ll market cap … why can’t Openn get ~5% of this value if it is integral to the property transaction just like PEXA. Even in market share of property transactions alone it could get there. That is only 50-60c share price … so totally reasonable.
