I recently used this company to buy some land as demand was high in my area at the time, probably better for sellers than buyers as if you get into a bidding war it's too easy to just keep bidding but I guess it depends on the housing market at the time also. It was an easy process once I registered and familiarised myself with what to expect once the auction went live, I liked the fact I didn't have to deal with agents as much and think it could become a popular way to sell so following the stock with interest.
