    I would assume RCF agree with Tribeca and regal but nothing will happen overnight, imo it's no longer speculation that the funds want us merged. we now know!

    time for tmt to get some serious runs on the board before the any offer comes in. EPA approval and native title are the huge ones. if AVL are sitting at 150m market cap with no approvals and inferior economics the argument for TMT holders to want at least $250m for a fully permitted project that's 12-18 months ahead on the detailed design and better economics and shovel ready is very reasonable! still too cheap but anyways it's a start... by then we might even think $2 is reasonable if we can rerate on those permits
