Thanks Rookie, to be honest i'm not sure what this does for us as an entity going forward. Same orebody etc has been discussed to death, but the fact still remains our deposit is the one and only one of the two that will have a much, much quicker paypack period due to the early Ti credits. next doors early credits involve the sale of virtually rust which my guess doesnt have a huge market

My 2 cents worth regarding Regal being on the register now is that is probably why the share price has been played like a fiddle, they dont have a great reputation for benefitting shareholders, but they cant have a stake big enough to matter, and this is where the tight register and hopefully RCF here will prevent lowball stupidity.
My view is same as always, that if we made it into production by ourselves with minimal dilution then $ 2.25 is around fair value, and i would have been happy to see that through another couple of years but alas that may happen.
Our management team have done a great job pushing this project forward and delays have caused us all frustration and to be honest probably money too, and if EPA approvals come in before a deal is brokered what would be the point, from TMT's point of view anyway ?
As far as $$ go , $ 100m EV at this point would be reasonable, cheap but reasonable, that would be around 40c a share and someone would steal it from us
If we get approvals somehow shortly, $ 150m EV around 60c a share would be a possibility ( at this point next doors EV is around $120m ) and although there is some value there from the electrolyte plant, potential govt funding etc there is a major disparity in value
I wanted $ 2.25 , do i think we get there now, probably not but there is potential here still for a $ 500m m/cap company if there was some sort of mergr to happen. Ive got a few of these and if we get to 60c i buy a 1969 camaro, if we get to $2.25 i pay the mortgage off as well. Somewhere amongst those amounts we will probably end up, and long story short, we're on the radar now, very small free float here , we're not going to be around 25c probably ever again so theres a plus
