I would think both getting snapped up would be more beneficial for both parties however I don’t think we should spend time and money together with AVL presenting a plan to showcase this value. We should both continue progressing our EPAs, financing etc. and let a buyer work it out and make an offer.

Lewis I think you can gather from Ian's comment in the article that its business as usual...next quarter will be pivotal for TMT with potential EPA approval contributing to a re-rating
