In fact, after thinking it over this morning, it could be that RFC could see how little progress AVL had made over the last 5 years or more and had therefore put pressure on their board to shake the tree.
As a result, Vince fell out.
In my opinion, AVL really is a dog's breakfast and has been jumping at shadows because their share of the deposit is so underwhelming (the oxidation profile really is that much of a handbrake). The only avenue I see for them is a merger of the respective deposits however, because we have made so much relative progress, there is simply nothing we could gain from them. Nothing!
So onwards and upwards for TMT.
