I know a fair bit about trading, having worked for some of the larger european banks in the past.
Big corporates dont bother mucking about with the share price of tiddlers like this by punting stock back and forth. If they want in they will accumulate the stock and you'll see that reflected in holding notices.
"manipulation" in stocks of this size is usually attempted by smaller traders only.
