"They are launching a brutal attack despite promising in the clearest, most unambiguous language, there will be no cuts to the ABC."
Bolt played that "promise" today and it could EASILY be said that he promised no cuts to services. Joe Hockey had clearly stated that the ABC could expect "efficiency dividend" cuts as all other departments would and Abbott referred to Hockey and that non-guarantee in the statement.
As usual, just a beat-up.
