Matthew Phillips is clearly totally biased and his conduct and integrity should be referred to the Independent Commission against Corruption,
the Australian Crime Commission,
Australian Federal Police,
NSW Police,
ASIS,
ASIO and
The UN Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs.

Australian elections must return to being arbitrated independently, freely and fairly and not stolen by the ruling ALP and a biased commission.
