Moral withholdings aside, I think the above is a perfectly good reason not to attack someone who hasnt threatened you? I mean, fear of repercussion is the main reason people dont toot, tailgate or "give the bird" when driving,not Sunday-school morality.Those that do it just havent done it to the wrong person yet.
