Just out of curiosity, what stake do the directors currently hold? If the company is so outspoken about the price being significantlyly undervalued, why haven't they bought some shares in the company to walk the talk so to speak?
I do agree that it appears to be undervalued quite significantly to its NAV, which is why I have bought some. It would be nice if the directors would do the same. Afterall, they should be the best judge of what the company is worth and what its future prospect is.
