perhaps AS and his team are stalling SA in "good faith" whilst playing another (possibly american major pharma co.) to buy unilfe out lock stock and barrell @around $2 per share.
as soon as uni gets listed on the nasdaq the transaction will take place-----------------thus the lack of news means they are working on getting listed before october and all the stars align.
remember what was voted on at the last agm for AS
