CHN has market cap of $68m at current 45c share price. They have $9.6m cash and a few other exploration projects, worth say $8m. That means their 80% share of Zara project has market value of about $50. So DRAs 20% share of Zara is worth $12m.
There's no sign the 20% share is included in DRAs market cap of about $60m.
