LOL mumstheword,i am not passionate about QMC as much as i am passionate about the quality leases.Just because i post what may appear to be ramping posts that's not me.I have had numerous heated discussions with Howard and Leroy can back that up.

At one stage i thought Howard was going to have an heart attack during one such discussion.Thankfully he didn't but it did show me he is passionate about the company he started.

I,like you have a thick skin and don't take anything you say personally and i appreciate your comments.I agree with you but over the past five years i have learnt that Howard runs QMC the way he see's fit and there is my point,i amongst others have tried to change his ways,to no avail.So like i said i either like it or lump it.If it gets to much i call him and tell him so.
