    many shareholders have been waiting for news reagrding some sort of acquisition.

    well it looks as though it's here.

    currently trading halt in preparation for an announcement.

    they mentioned "Joint Venture & Cap Raising".

    here's hoping it a ripper, the company has had more than enough time to find something decent.

    i have faith in the Ascent Boys.
