Challenger has placed $400m of subordinated debt into the US - no mean feat in this market. The broker continues to point out that the stock is underpriced.
Target price is $8.27. Current Price is $6.23. Difference: $2.04 - (brackets indicate current price is over target). If CGF meets the JP Morgan target it will return approximately 25% (excluding dividends, fees and charges - negative figures indicate an expected loss).
