The boxed long lead items were secured with the 3.2M Early Start Program NL. Don't you read the company's announcements. The early start program was a strategic placement by management with the sole purpose of removing 3 months from the original plant construction. As for the remaining components required for the plant build that aren't long lead items, this simply means the will come off the shelf. Jeez!! Get up with the program. Next angle please. NLN.
