To continually reference the fact a company has raised capital in the past at an attractive rate to the lender reeks of desperation. To suggest this lends someone's opinion to arrogance. Of all the mining companies to ever exist both past and present, you need to research extensively to find one that hasn't gone down this path.
Just glad WKT is past this process and seeking funds to start producing and not simply so they can survive until the next discounted cash raise comes along. IMO. NLN.
