Of course not!
It would be considered a waste of liquidity,
Taking up space required for staged construction mobilisation, exposed to the elements, and unforeseen damage.

Bad business practice.

Ordered payment on equipment delivered to construction sequence.

Best practice use of funding to achieve maximum result without double handling or risk to asset integrity.

Gant charts are wonderful tools for use on any complex process.
