bill gets His company off the ground.
New plant gets installed and all is great.
Start mining ore and find its like dealing with your grandmother,or mother in-law and it requires mixing down,or some other ENGINEERED SOLUTION which has not been forthcoming.

New contractor to the job does his best,but he's as confused about what to do with what he's digging out.

Enter plant engineer,who gets his plant running above capacity.Look at me atleast i know what i'm doing he says to the board.

Great says the board-give us more feed.Mining contractor says ok,so mines himself into a wedge,instead of doing decent cut-backs for access as he doesn't have enough plant to do both onsite and he may not have had the experience to challenge the position they were heading into.In the confusion,with a bit of night mining to keep pace,with the mill true confusion reigns as to what's going where.

whens all said and done,the golds disappeared-POOF-

Everbody runs for cover.The mill engineer says-innocent i'm the bright eyed boy now.The board says we're innocent.The contractor says,i've only been doing what i'm told.

Damn-someones got to pay-write the rest yourself.

The real and ONLY IMPORTAMT QUESTION shareholders should be asking now is.

WHAT"S GOING THRU THE MILL AND ARE WE CREATING A CASH SURPLUS-to get us out of the poo and are we ahead of the bills coming in?

A NO means the boards in real trouble and shareholders have had it.

The question i have-shouldn't the bright-eyed boy ENGINEER have been CREATING ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS TO THIS ORE instead of just maximising thru-put by saying you'll have to mix with overburden,destroying any high grades you did get,aren't that what engineers are for?
Like i said in my only other post,kudo's are being misplaced within this company.
Bright eyed boy may look good for his next job with a bigger outfit,but if he can't engineer solutions to differing ores,how good is he really?

Who told the contractor to sacrifice cut-backs and concentrate on the ore,until he was wedged in with no working space?

these are questions that deserve answers for shareholders and will naturally disclose where the blame if any should be apportioned and should rightfully lye.

jorc resource-well FML didn't need one to start mining the mount,just followed the vein underground.Caught that up later.If your sitting on it(ore) grade control drilling will get you ore and maybe given the current position of this co,that's all you'll get for some time.

In the end all that matters is THE GRADE THRU THE MILL and paying your bills to get ahead of the mess
