A few points from fntfam's post:
Profitable gold production means A1 is OK.
Key is grade as throughput is OK.
Grade from Beta has been a disaster. If A1 knows what has happened, they are not telling us. Those who made mistakes might not be in a hurry to admit them. If JW who best knew the geology had issues ramping up profitable production from Beta, how could newbies do a better job.
So move to Alpha and mine with care.
Decide what to do with Beta with a bit of pitfloor sampling.
Follow the ore and mine profitably. Dont bother about JORC restatement; concentrate on mining well to get cashflow as cashflow is the only way out of the mess.
Hopefully this is A1's plan.
Beta is a mess. Start fresh with Alpha and do it carefully. Dont dilute Alpha ore as it has to be hauled 15K
