i'm just an interested party trying to make sense of the figures TON released the other day.

it's easy for them to say " we have an economical project".

they threw the "cut off book ie 5% cut off out of the window".

is the reason, so they could get above 10%TGC..????. below 10% may have looked not so promising.

so I guess i'm none the wiser.

trust me, I am allowed to ask questions, just as long as they not defamatory. as far as that goes "I'm miles away from being that".

just an interested investors trying to figure this out.

I suggest you do some asking as well, if you have skin on the table "it's your money, the safer it is, the better for you".
