MAE are considered high risk by their current bankers, look at the interest rate - it is at sky high spread over the USD Libor rate and is comparable to a 17-18% AUD interest rate
who says MAE is worth $160m? the market cap is approx $23m, which means the market believes the properties / management / whatever other assets MAE has / future prospects discounted for risk, are worth about $75m
your wishy washy paragraph did nothing to explain why the banks have a lot to lose
