    Remember that the valuation is based on propable reserves that have yet to eventuate.

    Furthermore,do the math on 0.053 which is todays price.

    Furthermore,real estate prices in the States have collapsed.

    Pure gas play I am afraid. Anyway,how do YOU place a value on "future prospects discounted for risk".That sounds like you are trying to value reserves BEFORE tests come in otherwise what exactly are you saying????????????
